Following the successful launch on 23/7/2018 of the operation of the Electronic One-Stop Service (e-SMS) for the remote establishment of a one-person company and in the context of the gradual integration of all types of companies in the system, from today, interested parties are given the opportunity to establish a multi-person company.

Through the YMCA digital platform(http://eyms.businessportal.gr), interested parties are now able to complete all the necessary procedures for the establishment of their company, its registration in the G.E.M.I. and the Tax Registry, from which they receive the VAT number of their company and a temporary TAXISNET key number, while the EFKA is also informed about the establishment of the company.

A prerequisite for the above is that the founders use the standard IKE statutes and have an electronic signature (for example TAXIS passwords). The founders use, among other things, their electronic signature to validate and sign the company’s articles of association. Upon completion of the incorporation, they will receive an electronically digitally signed copy of the partnership agreement.

Thus, without the intervention of any public service, it is possible to complete the process using only electronic means, through an integrated digital tool.

It is noted that for those who opt for the e-MMS, during the first year of operation, the establishment of a business will be completely free of charge, while thereafter the cost will be 30% of the cost of establishment through the One-Stop Service, i.e. in person.

During the first 50 days of the system’s operation, over 150 one-person companies have been set up, with a minimum effective time of 13 minutes, which was the potential minimum.
Finally, it should be noted that by the first semester of 19, the Service will be available for all legal forms (AE-EIE).
